Objective:
Completed research and analysis as well as provided tools and guidance to the BIA on how to build a stronger local retail economy. The resultant action plan and tool-kit addressed (a) influencing the regulatory framework to set the stage for retailer-friendly development, (b) becoming more pedestrian-friendly so that people in the area visited more businesses and came back more often and (c) marketing Bronte as a business location and strategically recruiting businesses.
