Objective:
With increased competition in Halifax, GWL has embarked on a master planned redevelopment phased over several years. The goals for the retail are to serve as an amenity for retention and recruitment for quality office tenants. The size, amount of retail space, the offering, the guest experience, leasing/head lease and the phasing strategy for the retail were key considerations.
