Vancouver Main Street BIA
Objective: Worked collaboratively with the Vancouver BIA Office on their annual main street health reporting. Assessed the visitation to 21 main streets and BIA in terms of trade areas, socio-economic profile, time of day visitation, and other key metrics across all BIAs.
Research: Cell phone visitation analysis, Consumer insights, Target profile and segmentation.
Outcomes: Business district visioning and strategic planning, Commercial investment attraction, Main street and downtown revitalization, Metrics and key success indicators.
